LA house price by high/low end category

lower end house (price under 300,000) has seen price fall by 52.5% since the market peak in 2006, returning to Apr 2003 level, according to Case-Shiller indexes.

high end houe ( top third of the market, price above 510,000) have fallen by 27.3% from the peak, to Mar 2004 level.

lower end market gained 5% over the last Q of 2009. higher end market dropped 0.5%.
