But history tells us that when the cycle turns, many who are riding the current wave of hope and euphoria wil be washed out to sea. If ingterest rates rise, opportunities to refinance debt will disappear. Cash flows will shrivel. There will be bankruptcies."


My worst stocks are the ones I bought during the dot com bubble years when everything looked great. The record low interest rate in the last 6 to 7 years has created a huge housing bubble world wide. Will the real estate transactions you did last year or recently be the worst deals you've ever made in your life you when look back in 5 to 10 years?!
