I have found a little trick for adsl modem

Lately, I found my adsl connection drops a lot and just could not figure out what the cause was. Today I am sick and stay at home, so I have a bit of time to play.



I have browsed all menus in the ADSL router setup page and found the Primary DNS test is failed. That is interesting! Then I checked DNS configuration page and saw "DNS Relay Selection" was set to "AUTO". I do not trust it. Then I change it to manual setup. Guess what? This fixes my long time headache straight away. Good job.
