1. Diet: you are what you eat. Consume enought fruits and veggies. Vitamins supplements are not necessary for majority of people. Go to a website such as NIH, WebMD etc. for more information on your reasonable food structure. Fish is good for you. Make sure the source is not contaminated and remove the fatty belly where the exogenous chemicals deposit.
2. Stay active. Have an exercise routine that fits your lifestyle. Mow your own yard. Bike, hke with your kids. Take stairs instead of elevator.
3. Have a FOCUS annual physical exam with your personal physician. If you have family history of colon cancer, stay on top of screening. Breast cancer sreening after age 40 for women, younger if have risk factors. Check your cholesterol level, blood pressure, etc.
4. Lead a productive life, spiritual, material, or emotional
Keep it simple and .enjoy life.
