人类自救的最好出路

人类这样下去，发生核战争，走向自我灭亡是迟早的事， 人类的科学， 逻辑和分析智商远远超过道德，关系协调，社会管理智商，最后到了相互仇恨无法协调的时候， 就会发生战争， 战争到了无法控制的时候， 一定会用核武器， 大家都用核武器的时候， 就是同归于尽。
  
  我们这个地球现在的文明非常可能已经是第二次， 第三次文明， 前面的已经被以前的人类自己消灭了。
  
  救这个世界的唯一的公平和有效的办法是实事求是地根据种族优劣和智商分配出生率， 例如：

  太平洋食人族， 0% ；
  中亚伊斯兰教人 1%；
  中国人和东南亚裔1%；
  美国华人2%；
  西亚，北亚人5%；
  墨西哥2% ；
  黑人2% ；
  东欧白人10% ；
  日本人20% ；
  西欧北欧白人100% ；
  
  这样通过地球人口优化，世界由于智力， 能力，力量不平衡引起的大部分矛盾就减少了，达到类似现在北欧社会的平衡，就不会有战争了。
  
  当然为了能够通向这条途径，大学应该建立人种研究专业，培养人口优选专家和学者。
  
  这个最后的合理比例应该由人口优选科学家经过基因检查，素质研究，文化研究来确定。
  
   The way to save earth
  
  It is a matter of time before the earth goes on, nuclear war, and self-destruction. Human science, logic and analytical intelligence far exceed morality, relationship coordination, social management intelligence, and finally, when mutual hatred is uncoordinated, it will be self-destroyed by war.
  
  The current civilization of this earth is very likely to be the second time, or third time civilization, which has been eliminated by the former human beings.
  
  The only fair and effective way to save the world is to realistically assign birth rates based on racial pros and cons and IQ, for example:
  
  Cannibals 0%;
  Central Asian Islam 1%;
  Chinese and Southeast Asians 1%;
  American Chinese 2%;
  West Asia, 5% of North Asians;
  Mexico 2%;
  Black 2%;
  Eastern European whites 10%;
  Japanese 20%;
  Western European Nordic White 100%.
  
  In this way, the population of the earth is optimized, the world will be out of imbalance, and the war which mostly come from human evolution unbalance，the world will get better.
  
  Of course, I expect universities would establish an ethnographic research program to train population-optimized experts and scholars.
  
  This final reasonable ratio can be determined by population-preferred scientists through genetic testing and quality studies.
