This library should be the server of institute or university. According to the academic thought, some researchers will put their hypothesis and the useful web resources in their own blog. On one opinion, blog is the free web for simple users which don’t need more knowledge of website. They need to do nothing but to submit their articles. Why library has a chance to maintain a free blog system for researchers? The both two sides, library users and library adminstrators, will win. On the one hand, special blogs of some subjects will provide the new resources to the library. On the other hand, users get new communicated way to observe and discuss with the same researchers. Finally, the blogs will become the base of the web research workgroup. The library doesn’t need to create the new system to serve for research workgroup which is made up of different institute. Of course the blog system should be provided for the postgraduate or upper researchers.
