My manager gived me telecomute offer 2 months ago. First, he said he will finished my case with 6 weeks. The higher management was OK for it. But one month later, I asked him about my case, he wants to me extend my appartment leasing for one month(Until end of June), Today, I asked him whether or not I can send the leaving notice, he told me he will let higher management know this and give me answer before May 31. He also said he has concerned whether or not I can handle telecomute well. I almost promised everything he asked, but I still have a bad feeling about my case.
If he rejected my case later, can I still talk with him based on his previous agreement? I think he want to bring back what he promised me, he just don\'t know how to do it. Do you still think I have a chance to win my case? I never see this kind of manager he just want to break his own words. Thanks a lot!
