why time passes by so fast

I am sitting in my cubic, the good thing of that one is it has a window facing the street. Everyday, I see people moving around, in whatever manner: fast, slow, hurry, relaxed. I am doing some good things these days: after working in one group at one company for close to 7 years, I started to read some technical books. Sigh, forget it a moment. I have a headache.
