素不相识 回复 悄悄话 回复rococo的评论:Grilling Machine上下都带有加热的条子,所以Grill起来肉熟的快。加热条直接接触肉块的地方会有点焦,就有老美喜欢的焦糊香,这是烤箱无法做到的。
rococo 回复 悄悄话 请教素姐姐一个问题:这种GRILL和普通炉头下的烤箱在有什么区别啊?我从来没用过这种GRILL。别笑哦。
