The mortgage rate may head lower from here

10 yr Bonds failed to break through 4.0% yesterday after the auction.

So we don\'t feel that the rate go much higher from here. If the trend
confirmed tomorrow, the rate should head lower. For 30 yr fixed, the first
level should be around 5.5%(no cost).

It\'s just my personal opinion. Use your own judgement to see whether
you need to lock your rate.
