Different ideas can be helpful

I agree that 春月是个对生活充满热爱和有坚强信念的妈妈 and I love this kind of mother. Nothing wrong to say she is good, her kids are good if this is true, which is one of great American cultures. That’s self-confident, positive and upbeat.   It is her great generosity to share her happiness and great experience with us. As readers, we should greatly appreciate it because her happiness and great experiences make our day.   It does not necessarily mean that we have to agree with her on every thing.  However, we should to learn how to appreciate beautiful and great ideas, especially those that are different from ours.
At the same time, I don’t see anything is wrong if one does not agree with 春月.  But one thing I would like to point out that we’ve got to read their messages carefully if we don’t agree with messages.  For instance, it is not necessarily “show off” in American culture but to tell the truth that he/she is good.  In America, no will say that he/she themselves is bad.  Sometimes, one has to say that he/she is better than others, for example when one is looking for a job.   No one will be or should be offended at all if he/she is telling the truth.  Another example, I don’t believe that 春月 is trying to belittle Mainlanders at all but trying to explain her points, which is not wrong at all.  It is a reality of the difference between Mainlanders and Chinese Americans.  
It is very true that we like to hear the same opinions.  But the different ideas can also be as helpful as the same ideas.  It is not good or helpful at all if we read message with our motion or bias.  It just does not work.  And it is wrong and unacceptable for any one to insult others.  It is not a man’s (a lady’s and gentleman’s) behavior at all, let alone a good parent or a father and a mother.
