今天阅读到这段文字非常有感触。它让我想起了绘画的时光。在美国大学里学画两
年，觉得是人生很重要的一件经历；因为它帮助我走出童年时画长腿鸟的阴影，更
重要的是它打开了一个self-discovery的旅途。
我从小对国画或传统艺术就没有什么感觉，譬如，以前看着鲜活的虾子从舅外公蘸
满墨汁的手指里诞生，我对他的手指的好奇远超过对水墨画得意境的喜欢。
对传统的视觉没有强烈的感觉应该是天生的，就像我天生会被现代或当代艺术容易吸
引产生共鸣。Chesterton所说的梦境，也许是文学的表达方式，或许，就是同时代
里的弗洛伊德的潜意识，或许，更深一点就是荣格所说的无意识。
在这样的情形里，如果强制性地学习栩栩如生，或逼真，其实是对本性的一种折磨。
就像一个人不得不用一种自己不喜欢的方式去违心地表达自己。而，这种违心里会
激发出沉默，或，故意忽略，或反抗。这就是阴影。
直到有一天拿起刷子或调色刀，我感受到激情。在tenderness and aggression之间
的涌动找到了一个出口，倾泻，而寻找到适合自己的表达方式。
