I learned how to say "前一分钟我还在干嘛干嘛...后一分钟我就怎么怎么了...". In MASH season 6, there is sentence: "One minute we're talking, and the next minute I'm standing there...watching this crazy man scream at Radar." 也就是前一分钟我们还在说话,后一分钟我就站在了那,看着这个疯子在对着Radar吼.

I just watched this movie not long ago. It's based on a true story and the main character is still alive living in NY after Graduation from Harvard. An inspiring movie confirming that the guts and hard work will pay off. It also showed how much an earlier childhood tragic experience can impact a person'e whole life.

Above conversation was between God and Cain in Bible. In MASH 6, we have a similar conversation: "Where is B.J.?" "Am I doctor's keeper?"
GuoLuke2 2004-12-14 14:32:31 回复 悄悄话 How to say "Ni(4) Liu(2) Er(2) Shang(4)"? Before I heard the sentence from cartoon "Arthur", I thought it should be "go up the stream" since it's the opposite of "go down the stream". In Arthur, somebody says "follow the stream against the current".
