上周买的菜剩的比较多,想想小时候吃的菜饼子,今天也自己作主一把,美其名曰:七彩蒸菜饼。
原料:白菜叶,西红柿,蘑菇,青椒,胡萝卜,花生,猪肉,鸡蛋
调料:色拉油,姜,面粉,淀粉少量,盐
做法:将所有原料切碎(蘑菇及猪肉先棹一下水),加入面粉及少量淀粉,盐,姜丝,色拉油少许,混合搅拌,装盘,上笼蒸至15分钟左右。
做好了有一种像意大利Pisa的感觉,蘸上调味酱,味道还不错,呵呵!!
