原料:番茄250 克,葱白10 克,鲜菇250 克,蒜片10 克,精盐0 克,湿淀粉30 克,白糖少许,花生油60 克,味精0.5 克。做法:1.将番茄放开水中烫一下,去皮、去籽,切成厚片,鲜菇去蒂洗净,切成片。2.炒锅上火,待油烧至六成热时,下蒜片炝锅,即下鲜菇翻炒,掺汤少量略煮至软熟,再加番茄及上述调料铲匀。湿淀粉勾芡,起锅即成。
