长知识：卖淫在赌城拉斯维加斯并不合法。

不知啥时产生的错误概念，以为在赌城拉斯维加斯卖淫是合法的。今天刚看了新闻，拉斯维加斯警方近期借赌城游客稀少之机，严历打击卖淫活动，已经逮捕29名妓女。

于是上网查了一下，才发现以前的理解是错误的。

根据WIKIPEDIA，　Nevada is one of only two U.S. states that allow some legal prostitution; in most of its counties, brothels are legalized and heavily regulated. (In Rhode Island, the act of sex for money is not illegal, but street prostitution and operating a brothel are). Prostitution outside the licensed brothels is illegal throughout Nevada. Contrary to popular belief, prostitution is illegal in Las Vegas (and in Clark County which contains its metropolitan area).

在新闻网页上的一匿名回贴比较有意思：“在拉斯维加斯逮捕妓女，是不是就象在迪斯尼逮捕米老鼠一样？”　

起码按照这位匿名网友的观点，赌城应该考虑将卖淫合法化。
