A Sunny Winter Day

Today when I stepped out of the office around 5pm, surprisingly it was not so dark as usual. I could still see the clear sky and I was very happy. I could feel that this little brightness really boosted my feeling, my energy.
Yeah, today was really a sunny day in this Canadian winter.
It is so important to have a little sunshine in our day, especially in this long winter season.

Back to noon time today, I was sitting in a corner café having lunch with a friend. First time seeing each other in the new year, nothing serious, just small talks about our holidays, our plans for the new years, ..etc.
For no reason, I could not help but smiling.
“Look at your big smile. You are just like a little girl.”
Yeah, I am a little girl again when I am with that right person, the one who can understand me, feel for me, nurture me and spoil me.
See, like sunshine, it is equally important to have that special some one in our life.
