Managed Accounts Update, Jan 2007

Most of managed forex accounts I tried so far are disasters. 

Acct#2 is the only bright spot among the first round of managed accounts that I tried (there were quite a few I have not talked about in the blog). This trader managed drawdown in late Nov. 2006 very well and the account shot up sharply when the USD rebounded in early Jan. 2007.  I just paid the 40% fee for last quarter, and my account is still up 65% net since Sept.  Very pleased with this trader.  He achieved NET gain of about 200% for entire 2006, after I checked out accounts statements of other investors.  Hope he repeats it in 2007.
