Workout for three days in a row and took a break for 5 days. But now I am back.
Forced myself back to the gym again yesterday. Did some cardio, was on the cross trainer for 30 minutes. I know, I know, I should have done some more, but I am trying to easy myself back into working-out regularly again. The display said I burned off more than 300 calories. I wonder how actuate those monitors are. Can I really trust it? What does 300 calories translate into anyway? This morning I got up really early, (very unusual for me), and did 20 minutes of Pilate. Feeling pretty good right now, of course I know the pain will come tomorrow. But pain is good, pain is our friend...
