Severely allergic to work

Every time I pick up something to work on, I feel a headache coming on. Twenty minutes into my work routine, I start to feel my nose is stuffing up, I am short of breath and sore all over. (Sigh) Is it the job that’s getting me down or am I just hopelessly lazy?
