Tahoe Trip – Day 1
On Christmas day, we were on our way to Tahoe. We stopped at a resting area with snow, so, we started to play in the snow.
I built a snow pyramid, a snowman and, went sledding.
Then, we drove to McDonald to have lunch. My brother and I had a kids’ meal. My brother got a Ninja turtle toy and I got a Furrby Boom toy. McDonald food is pretty good but not as good as the food that we have at home!!!
When we came into the hotel, my mom went to check in. When we came into our room, we found out it was only one big room with a big Jacuzzi. But, we need two rooms, one for my grandparents and one for Mom, Dad, brother, and me. So, Mom had to book another room.After we settled down, we came to a seafood buffet for dinner. The buffet was very, very, very big. All the tables were covered in white cloth, so were the chairs. The buffet was decorated in red, green, and yellow lights. There were also white Christmas tree shining with blue lights. There’s also a pianist playing music in the middle of the dinning area.
We wanted to go swimming after dinner but the pool was closed because there was an accident in the pool! Then, we ended up playing with water in the Jacuzzi.
Tahoe Trip – Day 2
We went to Mt. Rose to go skiing. We rented ski gear for my brother and me. There wasn’t much snow on the mountains. When I saw the mountain, I was scared because it looked high. My dad and I went on the lift to get on the mountain top. It looked scary from up there. I kept saying in my mind, “slowly but surely I will get down this hill.” I did get down the hill. Then I got down many more times and got more used too it. I love skiing and came back the second day again!!!
Skiing is Awesome because going down hill is fun!!!
