*base on the season change our exercise should be changed, once every three months should be best for personal maintain. But It is better choose more treatment in spring season for lady and more treatments in autumn for man.

**Because there is almost one to one person situation, and our RMT not only provide the treatment due to every body’s need but also suggest our clients a few proper exercises which can practice 7 days a week. Then the body be healthy and immune system be improved. So the SPA should be more safety place than other situation in this special time.
