The Beijing Games has a newsletter they put out from time to time. In the most recent newsletter BOCOG reported on a meeting between PM Wen and IOC Prez Rogged.

Prime Minister Wen promised Rogge "Green Olympics, High-tech Olympics and People's Olympic.

The newsletter continued "Wen also said the Chinese will honor its bid assurances and provide standard services to all athletes, officials, reporters and audiences coming to the Games."

I wonder, what would Rogge have done had PM Wen said that the Chinese government had changed its mind.
