China loves to be number one.
Shanghai plans to add yet another item to the top of a list.
The 101-storey (492 meter) Shanghai Hills World Financial Tower will hold the world's highest observation deck - 25 meters higher than the CN Tower in Toronto. Spiderman is already making plans.
The tower will be built by Japan Mori Building Co. in cohoots with Shanghai World Financial Tower Co. Ltd.
The tower will be located next to the Jinmao Tower (420.5 meters) and another
