Baidu Wins Lawsuit Against Sony, Warner Music, Universal Music

The group of 8 - EMI, Sony BMG, Warner Music, Universal Music and four others representing 1,400 recording companies in 73 countries all ganged up on Baidu.com - China's largest Internet search engine  - in court....and LOST.

The 1st Intermediate Court in Beijing ruled that the files were being downloaded from web serves of external parties, not from Baidu.   Continue reading...
