1. They build a giant base in their domestic market where they can test their products and perfect their product.
2. Then - head overseas with a first rate product.
3. Beat the pants off the competition
Haier is taking that approach.
With their huge market of consumers in China they have tons of experience and feedback to perfect their products. Now they are trying to infiltrate the US market.
