Is China a Dependable Ally in the War on Terror?

This question was interesting to me -

Do you (General public and Opinion Leaders) think China is a dependable ally in the War on Terror?

The answer was a resounding NO!

Nearly 2 out of 3 opinion leaders think China won't step up to help out (62%) in the war on terror, whereas 56% of the general public think of China as absent in a pinch.
