豆瓣黄花鱼

应该把汁再收干一点儿就好了,不过味道很好呦!
做鱼用的原料。葱段、 姜片、蒜(整粒)、泡椒、泡豇豆切段、鲜小红辣椒切碎、还有豆瓣酱、醪糟、酒什么的就没照了。

把鱼用中火两面煎好,下面最好垫几根葱,这样会避免鱼皮被破坏,好看一点。另起油锅,爆姜片、泡椒、泡豇豆,炒香后放豆瓣、醪糟、酒、生抽、鲜红椒接着炒,出红油后加水、加蒜粒和葱段,开后转中火,放入煎好的鱼,汤不一定要没过鱼,可以把汤汁不断的淋在鱼身上。尝一尝进味道了就可以出锅了。对了,先盛出鱼,稍微收干汤汁,在把它淋在鱼上。
