我在学校的朋友marian曾经是英美烟草在中东的人事主管。她自视甚高， 可以理解。常常使我想起当初见到的中国保洁的人。赶上了时代浪潮，当过弄潮儿。
周末我们两个一起学习的时候谈起了她找男朋友的标准。她说，综合起来就是要有class。结果她举的例子是要知道一些品牌什么的，比方说要知道穿seven牌的牛仔裤等等。。。 我很不感冒。她说，我住过dubai最豪华的酒店，我生病都是乘飞机到法国治疗的。。。 我不可以嫁给一个简单的人。
我总是觉得class跟designer\'s clothes, luxurious hotels还是有些区别的。但是形容不出来。昨天跟死党打电话聊天的时候问她怎么看的。死党说，marian is obviously confused class with money. A person who can treat everyone with respect, well spoken can be high class even he is just in plain jeans and T shirt. He does not need to wear brand names.
marian 说过我那冒名男朋友Carlos has no class因为他总是在开玩笑。死党说Carlos definitely has class。 因为他非常尊重别人，也就是爱开玩笑嘛，幽默感就是class里的。
我听来听去觉得这些都不是我心中的class. 我总觉得那种内心平和，行为言谈优雅有度的人是真的class.

顶一下！High Class is DEFINITELY NOT = Status quo!! Unfortunately, most of the people in our society consider 2 are the same. Reason behind that is materialism and deep down the person does not feel confident about himself. He needs outside attributes to reconfirm who he is!
