纪尧姆 · 德 · 马肖（ 法语 ： Guillaume de Machaut ，约 1300 年－ 1377 年 4 月 ），法国 中世纪 作曲家 、 诗人 。曾任职于多位贵族的宫廷。他是中世纪的文化名人之一， “ 新艺术 ” （ Ars Nova ）的主要实践者之一，被誉为 “ 最后一位同时又是作曲家的伟大诗人 ” 。马肖是 中世纪 最伟大的作曲家之一，他的音乐创作主要是世俗音乐，他的 复调 歌曲有相当重要的历史地位。他的《圣母弥撒曲》也是 弥撒曲 中的重要作品。马肖创作了大量 400 首中世纪体裁的诗歌，继承了 游吟诗人 等中世纪文学的传统，他的作品中《真实的故事》（ Le Voir Dit ）尤为著名。

Guillaume de Machaut 的职业生涯在那个时期应该算是很丰富， 虽然是教堂的神职人员，但他也活跃在世俗世界， 他在整个欧洲拥有很多贵族顾客， 为他们作曲写诗。

值得一提的是： Guillaume de Machautt 是神职人员，牧师，可在他谱写的歌曲中很大一部分都是以歌颂未果爱情 为主题的，原来是在他的晚年时，命运的安排让 他不可救药地爱上了一位贵族年轻女孩 Peronne , 他把他所有对这位年轻贵族的爱都谱写在音乐里，倾诉在他写的诗歌字里行间， 比如，《真实的故事》（ Le Voir Dit ）， Douce Dame Jolie 美丽温柔的妇人。在Douce Dame Jolie 美丽温柔的妇人这首歌里，作者写下了他对一位匿名女孩的爱恋倾心； 在Le Voir Dit ， 作者也记下了一位年迈诗人（他自己）和他所爱的贵族女孩Peronne d'Armentieres 的关系。

大事记：1323年加入Service of Jean de Luxembourg, King of Bohenmia; 1327年去Lithuania 旅行；1340年为Reims 大教堂工作；1363年也就是他63岁时作曲Mess de Notre Dame ， 同期创作下一系列音乐，诗，信，其中包括《真实的故事》（ Le Voir Dit ），
