我的看法是，这正是考验你的时候。如果你已经潜心学习了你所买的股票，那你应该可以睡个好觉。如果你睡不好，有两个可能性：
1）你好好学习了投资的企业，但对自己的分析没信心。
2）想随大流儿投资个热门股，其实没怎么弄明白投资了什么
对情况１，实际上觉得不安的时候，是很好的学习机会。花更多的时间试着了解投资的企业和业界。了解竞争对手的情况[阅读全文]

各地的情况不同，下面是对我所居住的SouthBay（LA）的房子情况做个分析（就以我们Target的3房为例吧）。
根据http://www.trulia.com的数据，2000年1月1日时的3居室均价大概是30万。如果按照房地产的正常的增值率，姑且按照6%来计算，那么现在的“合理”价位应该是45万左右。
现在的实际数据呢？3居室房的均价大致为60万左右，那么就是说这里面还有15万美元的泡沫没有被挤破[阅读全文]
