站在演讲台上,面对大量的观众，大多数人会感到紧张，不安，和焦虑。我们可以通过练习来克服焦虑的心情。提高演讲水平，让听众更能明白你演讲的意图。
俗话说，磨刀不误砍材工。准备功课必不可少。只有对自己所讲内容如数家珍。才会感到自信。不会紧张，因为你所说就是你所想，你只是把他们清楚地讲出来，希望听众也认同你的看法。

教育是个恒古的话题。借此也想就我个人的经历来说说我的一点看法-父母应该和孩子一起成长。
衣食父母为孩子提供吃的，穿的，住的,对孩子物质上的要求是有求必应，生怕孩子受了委屈。放养父母认为树大自然直，反正孩子上学，已经有专业的老师教了，就不用费心了。养儿防老父母对孩子的要求高,希望孩子能做到自己没做到的,将来老了由孩子供养。

棒球是美国成人第二喜爱的运动（职业橄榄球排第一）。棒球也是美国年轻人第二喜爱的运动（蓝球排第一）。来美国之前，我对棒球一无所知。更谈不上喜欢。来美国之后，也就知道这回事。真正爱上了这个运动是从儿子开始打棒球之后。

暑假了，想去圣路易附近的公园走走。最好是当天来回的。在网上搜索了一下，计划周末去ElephantRocks和JohnsonShut-ins玩一天。 ElephantRocks在小镇Belleview。圣路易的南面大约100英里，一个半小时的车程。JohnsonShut-Ins在小镇MiddleBrook。两者之间大约19英里。 Shut-ins是一个很特别的词。指的是一个地方，河水被大石分成许多小溪流，因为水不深，自然形成水上公园。Johnson一家三[阅读全文]
