【6/8/2018】 腿,脚,胯是一组;后背,双臂一组;胸,隔膜肌是一组。肚子一圈不用力。 胸要向上(方显挺拔) 伦巴前进走步子大小要适中。过大不好做胯的向脚的摆荡。一定要做这个pendulumswing,这是伦巴的精华,其它舞没有时间做。后脚内侧要尽量延迟拖着地。移动脚侧的背肌和腹肌带动胯的转动,要转到极限。要靠支撑脚将移动脚推出去。迈出是重心三七。和摩登[阅读全文]
