排骨两吃

3lbs排骨，洗去血水，控干。 3Tbspsugar炒糖色倒入排骨，2粒八角，1Tbsp姜片，大火翻炒。加1Tbspliqueur，1Tbspcidervinegar，继续翻炒。一共5～10分钟。加1/4cupsoysource,1cupwater。沸腾后加盖小火炖40分钟。开盖大火翻炒收汁，这时会逐渐出油，收干汤汁，倒出明油，即为【图2】；加1cup浸泡1小时的糯米，3朵鲜香菇（切粒）中火翻炒，约10分钟后，即为【图1】。 [阅读全文]

学费年年涨。私立，大约四年级会比一年级贵10K。好在提前十来年计划，能勉强地供着。两个娃，年纪差了多于四年，没有overlap的好处，只能一个一个地供。（建议年轻的好好计划什么间隔要老二、老三…）高中产，一娃在大学，needbase几乎没有。EducationIRA有收入限制。每年存的限额低，但投资方式比529灵活。529限额是gift免申报额，能多投，但是好像要求也多。不过[阅读全文]
