周三早上房子要过户。
提前一周到网上打了广告。广告三天后收到6个联系的（正好碰上周末）。今天给几个人都打了电话，预约在周三中午和晚上看房子。房子基本上是可以直接进去居住的状况。不过，我准备周三下午沿着室内墙根打一遍防虫药，做一点TOUCHUP粉刷。
打印了十份申请表，但表上没注明交表办法。想求教各位，是不是应该写上电子信箱还是邮寄地址？如[阅读全文]

人生第一套房子基本定下了。下一步就是给房子做了彻底检查。看房子中见到一个房子的房检报告很不错。不仅仅是一般的检查，我看到里边包括上房顶，走阁楼，白蚁照片等。于是这次直接给代理说请这个。果然价格不菲，$525+50白蚁=575.

这几天看出价一个DUPLEX。卖家不在本州，据说是他们要在别处投资商业大楼，就卖了这里的房产。因为他们没有住过，所以连DISCLOSURE都没有。进去看房后觉得满意。然后出价，现在签了合同交了押金1000.主要过程如下：
卖家2005年买入185000，2014年四月要加189900，然后一路降价到8月的174900.
我从开始出价152000，到最后170000买入.
