这在其他国家，如英国，新加坡和香港这是很常见的。处理办法也简单：政府愿意续约，就得交钱topup,可以续20-70年。如果政府有新的发展计划，只能被收回。最多的情况是：在第一种情况下，剩下40年左右时，整体转卖给开发商，又开发商跟政府商谈，加钱补足70年，再拆下盖新的。如果周围新房子价钱已经涨得很高，开发商和原屋主都可以获利。
