酱香豆腐炒肉
这是前两日做的一个菜。在原来的菜谱上略加篡改，结果味道还不错。
用料简单。老豆腐一盒切成小薄片，水中煮开控水待用。里脊肉一小块，切薄片，加酱油，淀粉拌匀，待用。六比居的干黄酱做的炸酱一大勺，加水，淀粉，葱花，蒜末拌匀，待用。
