德国一项研究发现，补钙可能增加人们患心脏病的风险。德国癌症研究中心的科研人员对近2.4万人进行了长达十余年的跟踪调查后得出以上结论。他们发现，长期补钙的人患心脏病的概率比没有补钙习惯的人高86%。很多老年人服用补钙的药物以防止骨质疏松等问题。
