大热天的,俺咋就馋这口呢?动作要领,边讲边做: COSTCO买来的羊腿肉。
盐、孜然粉、辣椒粉、油。肉切小块,这是关键的关键。太大了,不熟,烤久了不嫩。将切好的肉块用上述佐料腌上30-60分钟,上串,开烤,每面3分钟,趁热吃!就着冰镇啤酒!!
