坑：挖还是不挖
我负责一个项目的时候，为了确保项目成功，避免后期出现大意外，对于各种可能的情况都尽早摸清楚，然后分轻重缓急，酌情处理。那感觉就像在项目前进的道路上提前探雷。（当然，并不一定需要排雷甚至引爆，能成功避开往往更省事。）碰到有人提出一个坑或顾虑，哪怕还比较远，我倾向于挖一挖，看有没有雷或问题；如果有，需要如何避免或解决，[阅读全文]

事情后来的发展大致是这样的：
