头的姿势要自然上顶,避免颈部肌肉硬直,不要东偏西歪或自由摇晃。头颈动作应随着身体位置和方向的变换,与躯干的旋转上下连贯协调一致。面部要自然,下颏向里收回,用鼻呼吸。口自然合闭。
