我认为从法律角度他们还是有权力这样说的.否则警察会把他们抓进监狱判刑.看看
美国监狱有几个因为说了这样的话而判刑的.好像没有,否则中国政府早就谴责美国
的人权了.
如果有人知道说说了这样的话被判刑例子,请告诉大家.
