烧烤前牛羊肉要如何处理
你可以用酱油辣椒面，葱姜末，盐，胡椒面，盐，孜然腌，要用筷子搅拌一下。我感觉时间越长越如
味，最短也不要低于2小时，如果是在烤箱里烤，要多放孜然，如果不是，可以边烤边放。
