就是毛主席，周总理在世对达赖知错改错的态度也是欢迎的。
和达赖和平对话，中国政府立场始终如一：达赖放弃藏独，切割藏毒青团，达赖放弃政治，回归佛教。
毛主席对达赖很宽容，呆在中国西藏，必须遵守十七条，跑任其跑，不强留。毛主席对达赖的态度和作为体现了中国政府对西藏和达赖的民主。
所以至今，达赖对毛主席感激不尽的。
