ZT住在加州，就不得不说说加州的菜式。Cobb沙拉就是一个典型。
Cobb沙拉是在好莱坞的BrownDerby诞生的，跟一般简单的沙拉不同，这款沙拉除了生菜，传统的原料还包括烤鸡肉，鸡蛋，牛油果等，而拌料里最重要的是bluecheese。
我喜欢这个沙拉，不仅是因为口感丰富，更主要的是沙拉酱清淡而滋味多样。
