X精子(女儿精子)跑的慢，但活的长，喜欢酸性环境
Y精子(儿子精子)跑的快，但寿命比X精子短，嗜碱
基础体温是每日清晨醒来，不要动不要吃，立刻就测你的体温并记录下来。一般在体温达到最高那天4-6小时后就排卵。以前是比较简陋的办法，现在药店有不少“仪”可以精确测出来。
建议连测3个月，作出曲线，这样就能准确地知道自己何时排卵了。
