在Albertson's买了$7.99一磅的orangerouphy，原价$9.99一磅，还挺新鲜的。学着台湾朋友的作法，一不小心忘了先爆葱姜了。当然把鱼洗净了，沿着纹理切成小块，用香油，料酒和盐，胡椒粉腌一下。等油锅热了就放下去爆香，然后加生抽翻几下，出锅前一定要加点糖，很好吃的。
