音乐和运动像孪生兄弟，没有音乐的运动不免乏味枯燥，尽管跑步类的运动本身也够inspiring，如果能加上音乐就锦上添花了，运动时听音乐能减少身体不适感，帮助身体更迅速进入运动状态。跑步就是一种动作相对单调的舞蹈，算是一种身体运用的启蒙运动。
