音乐和运动像孪生兄弟，没有音乐的运动不免乏味枯燥，尽管跑步类的运动本身也够inspiring，如果能加上音乐就锦上添花了，运动时听音乐能减少身体不适感，帮助身体更迅速进入运动状态。跑步就是一种动作相对单调的舞蹈，算是一种身体运用的启蒙运动。

虽然六到十天内是感觉良好，转阴，也没有什么症状了，可是十四天时突然咳嗽剧烈，不知为何，比初期还厉害，晚上早些休息第二天又稳定了，现在早上还有时会咳嗽几声，也开始恢复运动打网球了。白天上班晚上感觉挺累的，有时会睡到早8点半还起不来（得covid之前一般七点多起）。虽然一直症状轻微但病程拖泥带水的，不像普通感冒五六天后完全复原很干脆，这病毒还[阅读全文]
