是的,320k,首付20%。租金1700左右/月,200/月PROPERTYTAX,50/月保险。
但是因为是新房子,我需要自己另装DECK(小的5000块左右)。自己买冰箱,洗衣机,烘干机。但是因为是新房子,这个价位好像特别好租。(自己简单在CRIAGLIST上作了一个测试。)
我的想法是自己先拿出来7.5k付首付和CLOSING,另外的贷款,PROPERTYTAX,保险争取尽量从租金里面[阅读全文]
